Shawn’s View: “War of the Worlds” is one of the best Sci-Fi movies to come out of the mid 20th century.

A classic that never loses it’s touch, this movie contains some excellent suspense scenes and intriguing apocalyptic storyline.

While some of the acting now comes off as a little corny, overall this movie is a must have in any Sci-Fi collection.

Shawn’s Movie Score: A. Shawn’s recommended age: 8+
